Our mission is to provide a haven of serenity and sophistication where patrons can savor the finest Artisanal and hand- made teas from Ceylon , complemented by delectable treats, in a luxurious ambiance.

We’re seeking a dedicated Lounge Manager to lead our team and bring this vision to life. As our Lounge Manager, you will be at the helm of our tea lounge’s operations. Your role will encompass overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring impeccable customer service, and cultivating a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering excellence. Your ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
Passion for tea and a willingness to learn and educate others.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of Colombo’s high-end market and trends is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of the tea lounge, from inventory management to staff scheduling, to maintain a seamless operation.
Exceptional Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to providing outstanding service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of tea enthusiasts to deliver top-notch service.
Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards for tea preparation and presentation.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the tea lounge and create engaging events.
Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all
health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
