Senior Executive HR (Talent Acquisition cum L&D)
Responsibilities
Assist with the timely and efficient end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring updated job descriptions, timely candidate onboarding, and coordination with headhunters.
Coordinate career fairs with educational institutions and support employer branding efforts.
Develop and implement training programs, facilitate and execute training sessions, and maintain related records.
Assist in company engagement activities and other HR related activities
Expected Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment; experience in the training and development function is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
Knowledge of HR software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free results.
