May Fashion (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established fashion retailer with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Located in Maharagama,pettah and wattala Sri Lanka, we are offering a wide range of fashion products and accessories to meet the needs of our customers. We are looking for a smart talented Retail store manager for our newly opening store in wattala.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at May Fashion. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory levels, implementing loss prevention measures, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in retail
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Demonstrated success in sales and staff management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong organisational and leadership skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for growth
Computer skills (Microsoft office, Google Drive)
Experience in operations
Fluent in English
