Role Description
The Team Lead – Events will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events at a hospitality venue. This role demands leadership, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure every event meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement detailed event plans to meet client specifications.
Oversee and direct the event team to ensure smooth execution.
Control event budgets and negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency.
Manage all event logistics, including setup, decorations, and technical needs.
Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and issues are promptly addressed.
