Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or an equivalent field.
• Cambridge qualifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TKT, Train the Trainer, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Minimum 1 year of academic leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple academic programmes.
• Proven experience in teacher development.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to lead organizational change.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
