- Certain features, such as featured job postings, may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Users may encounter third-party advertisements. We do not endorse the products or services advertised by third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability Mynextjob.lk acts as a platform for connecting employers and candidates. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from employment agreements or the use of our website.
7.Paid Postings & Refund Policy
Mynextjob.lk offers premium job posting services for employers.
- No Refunds: Once a paid job vacancy posting has been reviewed and goes live on the platform, no refunds will be issued.
- Accuracy: Employers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before the post is published.
8.Platform Nature
Mynextjob.lk is an online-only service provider. While we do not maintain a physical walk-in office for public inquiries, we provide full support through our digital channels and the internal dashboard.
9.User Responsibilities
- Profile Integrity: Candidates must ensure CVs are updated and represent their actual professional history.
- Social Login: When using social media or Google logins, users are responsible for the security of their third-party accounts.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
