Catering Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS .

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the catering and food service industry.
• Previous experience in handling functions at Star-Class Hotels will be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale functions with 300+ meal packs.
• Strong experience in function planning, coordination, and execution from preparation to completion.
• Excellent customer care and client relationship management skills.
• Strong ability to handle, supervise, and motivate catering staff effectively.
• Experience in coordinating with clients, kitchen teams, service staff, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of food quality, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
