A leading organization in the Plantation & Manufacturing sector is seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR professional to lead human resource operations, strengthen employee engagement and drive effective people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures and practices.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
• Support organizational development, succession planning and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within the Plantation, Manufacturing, FMCG or related sectors, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, employee relations and HR practices.
• Proven experience in managing operational/workforce environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
