📍 Location: Qatar Medical Center, Rajagiriya, Colombo, Sri Lanka
💰 Salary: LKR 80,000 – 90,000 per month
🗓️ Working Days: 5.5 days/week
⏰ Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Saturday: Half Day (All Saturdays)

👩‍⚕️ Position: Staff Nurse cum Guest Relationship Officer (GRO)

Stemz Healthcare Sri Lanka (Private) Limited is looking for a Staff Nurse who will also be responsible for Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) duties at Qatar Medical Center.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing pre-screening before the applicant meets the GP.
• Perform preliminary health checks and nursing assessments.
• Guide applicants through the full-body medical examination process for visa medicals.
• Explain the medical examination procedures and requirements to applicants.
• Address applicant queries and ensure a smooth and professional experience.
• Coordinate with GPs and the medical team during the examination process.
• Maintain accurate applicant and medical records.
• Ensure professional and courteous interaction with all applicants.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Qualified Staff Nurse with relevant nursing experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle applicants professionally and efficiently.
• Prior experience in a medical center, hospital, clinic, or customer-facing healthcare role will be an advantage.
