A leading apparel manufacturing organization is seeking a proactive, technically competent, and results-oriented professional to lead its washing plant operations while ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, timely delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the overall washing plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with washing standards, chemical handling procedures, health & safety requirements, environmental regulations and company policies.
- Manage and optimize manpower, machinery, chemicals, utilities and other resources to maximize operational efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Monitor production quality, identify process issues, and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
Candidate Profile - Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in apparel washing, with proven experience in a managerial or plant leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of garment washing processes, chemicals, machinery, quality standards, and production planning.
