💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

• 💵 Salary: USD 500–600 per month
• 🍱 Food Allowance: MVR 1,850 per month (approx. USD 120)
• 🏠 Accommodation: Company-provided shared accommodation
• 🚌 Transport: No transport charge in Male', Maldives
• ✈️ Air Ticket: By candidate
• ⏰ Overtime: Paid for work exceeding 8 hours

• ⏱️ Working Hours: 8 hours per day

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair VRV/VRF and Split AC systems
• Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and control-system faults
• Install, commission, and test Split AC units
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, and pressure testing
• Replace defective components such as compressors, fan motors, PCB boards, sensors, and contactors
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, HVAC drawings, and technical manuals
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely technical support
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, Certificate, or Technical Qualification in HVAC / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with VRV/VRF and Split AC systems
• Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
• Ability to use gauges, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of safe refrigerant handling procedures
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills

⭐ PREFERRED

• Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, or Carrier
• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Experience in commercial and residential HVAC projects
• Valid driving license is preferred
