ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

📍 Location: Islandwide (District-Based Assignments)
A well-established organization is seeking dynamic, results-driven Assistant Managers – Sales to support business growth across assigned territories. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening distributor and dealer networks, expanding market presence and delivering sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, plantations and key customers.
- Expand market coverage by strengthening existing channels and establishing new dealer networks.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide regular market feedback.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Support the company's capacity expansion initiatives by developing new markets and increasing product penetration.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the agricultural, fertilizer, or plantation sector will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
