SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Araliya Packaging Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

We are a leading packaging manufacturer specializing in Non woven fabric, non-woven bags and other packaging solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and achieving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Galle, Kalutara and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell our Non woven fabric, non-woven bags and packaging products to new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
• Visit customers regularly, understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations and orders to ensure timely business conversion.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Finance and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in packaging, non woven fabric, non-woven, FMCG or manufacturing industries will be a strong advantage.
• Candidates with experience in B2B sales and corporate customer handling are highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently, achieve targets and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates residing in Galle, Kalutara or nearby areas are preferred.
• Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
