Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relation

Qualifications & Attributes,

Should have a degree/ CQHRM or CIHRM with a minimum of 3 years of Executive level experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in the coconut manufacturing industry is a significant added advantage. Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws & and must be familiar with all-modern HR strategies and administration procedures.
Knowledge of Social Compliance Procedures is an added advantage. Excellent English (Spoken and written) and computer literacy especially MS Office packages is a must. Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills & and ability to establish good working relationships and relate well to workers, professional staff, and management. A good team player with flexibility & and adaptability to work in a different environment. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels such as posters, social media, networking events, etc.. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial candidate to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings
