GENERAL MANAGER – PEOPLE & CULTURE
📍 Location: Colombo
A leading multinational organization is seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and people-centric professional to lead its People & Culture function. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing a high-performance culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and aligning people strategies with business objectives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall People & Culture strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and business objectives
- Develop and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance and organizational
- Lead organizational change, transformation, and culture-building initiatives across the business.
- Partner with senior leadership to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workplace
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's Degree or MBA preferred)
- 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational organization
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and business partnering capabilities
