ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT - Production

What you need to do 

• Oversee automatic electrical machines, ensuring correct setup, safe operation, and compliance with approved production requirements to meet output targets.

• Execute weekly production plans, coordinate operators and contractors, review drawings/specifications, and resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

• Manage material receiving and issuance from the warehouse; monitor copper, aluminum, and core consumption, scrap, and wastage to drive material efficiency and cost reduction 

• Ensure adherence to production procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements by supervising Production Quality teams and preventing process deviations.

• Maintain accurate SAP production and inventory data, reconcile physical vs. system stock, and prepare production and performance reports for management. 

What we are looking for 

• 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant field .

• National Diploma in Technology (NDT) / National Diploma in Engineering Science (NDES) / Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE) from a recognized institute.

• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering and experience working with engineering or manufacturing fields will be considered strong advantages.
