At Screenline (Pvt) Ltd, we're a leading provider of high-quality Direct printing & Heat seal services globally. We are currently looking for a young and self-motivated individual with relevant academic qualifications with practical knowledge in the application of such knowledge to execute the below key responsibilities.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier management, cost optimization, and coordination with internal/External teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily attendance monitoring Maintaining employees' personal files
- Monitoring employees' transportation
- Handling employees' BOI passes
- Working with HR systems (ERP)
- Sinhala letter drafting (warning/Inquiry)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of apparel industry.
- Familiarity with HR operations and ERP systems
