Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance overall staff productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper HR documentation and records.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Possessing a Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in HR management of more than 5 years, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ✓ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
