Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance overall staff productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper HR documentation and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University or Institute.
- Possessing a Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in HR management of more than 5 years, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- ✓ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
