PRODUCTION MANAGER and OPERATIONS MANAGER Two positions are vacant
📍 Location: Central Province
A leading apparel manufacturing organization in Sri Lanka is seeking experienced, results-driven and technically competent professionals to join its leadership team. Candidates with strong exposure to lingerie manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Drive operational excellence through effective planning, resource utilization, and team leadership
• Translate business objectives into clear departmental KPIs and execution plans
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize operational efficiency
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality Enhancement, and Cost Optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and customer satisfaction
  Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in a large-scale apparel manufacturing environment
• Strong technical exposure to Lingerie Products is essential
