MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES

A leading Multinational Organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join its Corporate Office in Colombo, The role will be responsible for managing core Human Resources functions and supporting the organization in building an effective, efficient and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations and processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives in line with business requirements.

• Lead recruitment, selection and on boarding activities to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

• Manage the Performance Management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and development planning.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives based on identified business and employee needs.
  Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures and applicable labour regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership ability with a practical and hands-on approach to HR management.
