Talent Acquisition Specialist – UK Healthcare Recruitment

looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong exposure to Healthcare Recruitment, particularly for UK-based clients.

Key Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals, including Practice Managers, Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for UK clients
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (UK or neutral English accent would be a strong advantage)
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills*
• Comfortable working directly with *UK clients and senior-level candidates
• Willingness to work onsite and UK business hours
• Ability to work confidently with UK clients and senior-level candidates
