Experience: 4-7 years total, with minimum 3 years as a Recruitment Specialist

Must-Have:

• 4-7 years of recruitment experience
• At least 3 years as a Specialist handling full-cycle hiring
• Fluent English with UK or neutral accent - required for client calls
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, and closing roles
• Strong in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools

Good to have:

• Experience with UK/EU/US clients
• Tech, Sales, or Corporate hiring background
• Target-driven and strong communication skills
