SENIOR MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES | NEGOMBO

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the overall HR function at its Negombo operation.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational HR activities aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and labour relations.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, retention and productivity initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Manage compensation, benefits, HR budgets and workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, HR process improvement and HR digitalization.
• Partner with management on strategic people and organizational matters.
  Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional HR qualification is preferred.
• 8–10+ years of HR experience, including senior-level experience.
• Strong manufacturing/large-scale operations exposure.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, labour law, C&B and HR analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
